I don't think Madhavan is doing any Tamil movies at the moment. His only Tamil movie that is pending for release is Naan Aval Adhu, but otherwise he has no projects in Tamil I think. The movies Agaradhi and Magizhchi indeed exist, but Maddy doesn't act in those..
For Arya also Madharasapattinam!

Soundarya's Goa is in trouble!

Ocher Pictures Productions Venkat Prabhu directed Goa’s release is hanging in the balance, a day before its release on Friday January 29.
Leading financier Kamlesh Kothari has filed a civil suit in the Madras High Court against the release of the film.
A loan amount of Rs 2 Crore has been taken from Kamlesh on various dates in October and November 2009 by Soundarya Rajinikanth with the promise of returning the amount with a “royalty amount of Rs 30 lakhs” before January 31.
The plaintiff contended that Soundarya was taking all steps to release the film on January 29, without repaying the loan amount. Hence he has filed a petition in the High Court praying for a direction to return Rs 2.30 crore with interests at the rate of 24 percent per annum.
The suit came up for admission on Wednesday, but the judge has adjourned the matter to Thursday for further proceedings. Meanwhile hectic negotiations are on between both the parties for an out of court settlement that will pave way for the release of Goa tomorrow (Jan 29).

‘Ilayathilagam’ Prabhu was ruling the roost once with his deep dimple smile and chubby babyish face. Now he has left way for the younger generation to takeover and is doing meaty key roles.
Though he is not taking the lead roles, he is getting a real handsome pay, we should say. And of course his market is doing good as his films manage to rank between minimum guarantee films to hits. In fact he is even doing two projects in Telugu now.
If you had been thinking that Prabhu is just gonna do supporting roles with young heroes, then here is a news for you. Just like how Vijayakanth took an interesting avatar as a different mass hero in ‘Ramana’, Prabhu is taking a role in his upcoming project. We hear that Prabhu will be accompanied with a bunch of freshers. Know who decided to rope in Prabhu for this one? It’s director Ramesh of ‘Ulavuthurai’ fame.
Technicians are yet to be finalized and the director will be making an official announcement about this project soon, say the sources in the know.

The work for the new Kamal movie produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin has shifted to higher gear. The planning is all over and the unit will take off to Switzerland any time from now. According to sources, the first two schedules of the film will be in Switzerland and the third in Italy. The final fourth schedule will be in Chennai. The success guarantor K S Ravikumar is in full control. The film was earlier titled 'Yavarum Kelir' and now a new title 'Karunyam' is also being discussed.
The film is said to be triangular love comedy involving Kamal, Trisha and Madhavan. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director. Madhavan who was planning a family holiday has stayed back as the production work has started. He has put Kamal before family.

Watched Naan Mahan Alla, before which 4 trailers were shown:
Boss Engira Bhaskaran - starts with Arya's veins popping up and he smashing a pillar into smithreens.
Before I could say Arya says "shabaa, naangalum ippadi aarambichu ungala tired aakka virumbala..."
Must see movie altho I am irritated with 9thara while Arya is stiffboard actor unless in the hands of good director.
Va Quarter Cutting - another thamizh padam? will tread with caution
Mangatha - I love all Venkat Prabhu's movies and he seems to be getting better with each movie. As such definitely will watch.
But if the movie is anything like the teaser, I will give it a miss.

Vijay is trying hard to release his Kaavalan on Dec 24 for Christmas. Meanwhile Simbu and his producer Ganesh has said that they will release their Vaanam on December 31.
