The awards are given one year after their performance. Did you see for anniyan performance, vikram got the award in 2006 and not in 2005. For Heyram(released in 2000?) Kamal got the award in 2001. So I think what he mentioned was right. |

On 2 years he has won filmfares for best actor in 2 languages !!!!! He has won filmfare awards in all languages he ventured into , except Bengali (where he did only 1 movie) ...... Some ppl can't even speak one language properly ..... Thalaivar has spoken, acted and won prestigious awards in all languages he laid his foot mark on ... not to forget the great Asian best actor awards he won for Sagara sangamam and Swathy Mutyum (both telugu films) .... Talk about class, fineness and versatality - That is Kamal Haasan for u !!!!! |

when he called Shereya to dance he mentioned "Perazhagi" and "Acting with Super Star" Blah blah...and lot of build up. But when he called Kamal to the stage he mentioned just 'Actor kamalhassan' ..From him only I came to know kamal is an actor |

Vikram is my favourite over cheran(as actor) and Rajkiran..But defenitely I feel comparing TT with Anniyan is a sin .TT is class. Cheran as usual brilliant in TT ,shankar is nowhere near .Vikram's performance is really good in anniyan ,but Rajkiran's performance in TT is defenitely better .It is a insult to give him supporting actor award .I beleive in TT ,Rajkiran is the hero ,not supporting character ..Oh! Hero means must have a heroine ,duet and few fights |

Not sure abt how the Filmfare awards in south happens. The filmfare awards of North indian movies are given based on the people's vote.
It is the people who vote for the respective awards. I believe the same happens in south Indian filmfare. |

Though awards by themsleves may not mean much, they are a strong way of helping us remember the great performances. So I hope Rajkiran-TT wins some other awards elsewhere. They shouldn't go unnoticed. No official news on the National Awards yet. Cheran's always had a nice run there even to the silly extent that Autograph beat Virumaandi for the best tamil film So let's see. |
