The best masala entertainer which had been different according to me is Apoorva Sagotharargal.
Usual Pazhi vaangum Vaelai thaan. The idea of Dwarf and the ideas used for killing the villains makes it different. Even mixture of Humour, action, Love, Emotions,etc.. Makes this film an evergreen entertainer. |

Masala means a mixture of action..comedy...sentiments...into a entertainer...it also can mean like a formula film whereby formula might mean action packed. |

KS Ravikumar films are different Masala entertainers as well.
Take a look at paarai...the screenplay as usual was quite good where the death of jayaram will bring about a change in the story...KS Ravikumar is brilliant in making the story seem convincing despite the story being a bad man turns into good and helps a village story. Another Masala Entertainer by KS Ravikumar will be pista havng karthik. The film was enjoyable for its comedy and the screenplay was good in which Karthik will try to change the heroine despite he himself being a rowdy. Usually KS Ravikumar's films give both hero and heroine ample scope to perform which is a plus point. |

Madurey clicked due to vijays mass image at the time and the string of hits he had....since the masala entertainer was not very messy or lame like perarasu movies, the movie managed to click. |
