  Yes. It was a criticaly acclaimed movie in kannada. I heard,for Tamil they have done some changes, nothing for commercial purpose though

  In that case ,Hubbers should have appreciated 'Kaanal Neer'.
  
  whether Kuppi is good or not ,I know it deals with atleast an unusual theme ,unlike as usual punch dilaogue ,heroism,duets,stunts and subham.. No wonder Kuppi got the attention for the bold attempt.
