atleast i can watch it on the big screen..

i'll be very happy if they stick to the original. just some touch-ups here and there and it will be awesome. the original was amazingly innovative and almost as influential as halloween.

there's already an unofficial remake of NEAS. Wes Craven's New Nightmare.. never seen that, so cannot comment on it. But i really hope they will just continue from 'dream warriors', apart from the first, that was the only one which deserves a mention.

i'm not a fan of reboot/remake of old classics, especially horror movies. my favorites like "when strangers calls", "friday the 13th" (absolute no reference of pamela voorhees.. ) and "black christmas" were butchered in name of reboots..

but this looks a bit interesting..

and Robert Englund is not reprising krueger's role.. he's the best freddy out there (ya the only one to play Freddy from the first to Freddy vs Jason.. )

Yeah, if you notice the comments below that news, many are not happy about not having Englund. I saw the first, liked it, then the sequels are kinda boring. Who knows, this take might improve at least on the sequels. I might go for it.

it will be definitely better than freddy's dead.. because nothing else can be worse than that..

normally they don't release/show these kind of exploitation horror movies here..

they telecasted all bond movies during the release of quantum of solace..

hopefully they will follow the trend during this release..
