Anybody has the recipie for Garlic Chicken and Chilli Prawns? I used to eat them at the Fast food restaurants in Kerala.

  Chilli Prawns-Recipe
  Prawns - cleaned,500 gms
  corn flour - one tbl spoon
  rice flour - half tbl spoon
  egg - one
  Oil for frying
  
  Break open and stir egg in a vessel.Put the prawns in it and add the corn flour and rice flour and mix well till the egg and the flour makes a good coating on the prawns.Now deep fry this in oil without prawns sticking to each other.
  Drain excess oil by keeping the golden brown fried prawns on a tissue paper.
  
  Now.....
  Grind three red[dried]chillis into a paste.
  Chop one onion into small pieces
  Two tea spoons of ginger garlic paste
  ajinomoto - half teaspoon
  Vinegar half tbl spoon
  soya sauce - one tea spoon
  one tea spoon corn flour and make it as a paste
  sugar - one teaspoon
  salt - to taste
  
  Method....
  
  Heat one tbl spoon of oil in a thick bottom pan[preferably iron].Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for about a minute,then add onion and again stir for a minute or till the onion becomes slightly slender.Now add 200 ml water.Add vinegar,soya sauce,ajinomoto,sugar and salt in that order with 10 seconds gap between each ingredient.Bring the mixture to boil in medium flame for about three minutes.Add the corn flour paste and stir the mixture till it thickens slightly.Taste the above prepared sauce and see if you need more sweetness or more chilli according to your preferred taste.If it is ok,now add the prawns and stir for about two minutes.Chilli prawns ready!Garnish with some chopped onion shoots before serving.
  There are other variations in making chilli prawns.It can be made extremely hot with more chilli and dry without gravy.
