hi,in my part of kerala,these are the menus.
breakfast:paalappam(vellayappam) and beef stew.
lunch:chicken in coconut milk,karal curry,pork ularthu,fish fry,duck roast with rice or fried rice etc.some veg curry is also made like moru kacchiathu,cabbage thoran etc.
dessert is usually plum cake or some other cake.
