Aryan/Dravidian: An Indian divide?

I am not an Indian myself, but from what I have seen on this forum, Indians are still thinking high and low about this issue. I have lived in a Western country almost to the day I was born, but have never seen such a fuss made over Aryan/Dravidian. Is it simply an off-shoot of Hinduism? Or do Indians have other reasons to care about Aryan/Dravidian?

Is Arya-Vata a type of Vata like the Masala Vata or the ulundhu vata? Keerai Vata is my favorite.
Can someone post recipe for Arya-Vata?
PS: Sorry for deviating from the Arya-Vata topic, but I would like recipes for Arya-Bajji, Arya-Sojji and Arya-Dosa also. Again sorry for going off-topic.

Yes There was no Aryan Invasion theory , becoz as can be found the West Eurasian Genes are present rougly in the same amount for North and South Indians . It is very difficult to say that Aryans came from a different region and pushed the locals and the Dravidian people down South .
And Even Dravidians came from a different LAnd , The Original People of India are only DAlits and Adivasis .
