Look how an opinion poll results can be reported with so much bias.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/world/south_asia/newsid_2017000/2017631.stm
"And on the crucial question of nationality 9% of those in and around Srinagar said they would be better off staying Indian, while 13% would opt to become citizens of Pakistan. "
Look at the report at MORI's:
http://www.mori.com/polls/2002/kashmir.shtml
"On the issue of citizenship, overall, 61% said they felt they would be better off politically and economically as an Indian citizen and only 6% as a Pakistani citizen, but 33% said they did not know. "
If you read both BBC story and MORI's report fully you will know, how much BBC is biased. Send your feedback to BBC. Let us take it with them as politely as possible.

Why are Hindians scared about a plebescite in Kashmir under UN supervision, instead of publishing FAKE poll results?

This is not about plebiscite - this is about BBC's inaccurate reporting of MORI's opinion poll. For your kind information MORI is an UK based independent agency. Please read the two articles mentioned above and try to understand what this issue is about before replying. Please try to give constructive criticism, and not irrelevent baseless opinion of yours.
Please check the article "47 (1948). Resolution of 21 April 1948" for conducting a plebiscite in Kashmir in the UN document.
