  It is true that people will improve in acting with years. Mohanlal, SureshGopi,Mammootti.. All have done that. But unfortunately it is quite unlikely for the mimicri brigade like Jayaram,Dileep etc.At the most they may get better roles which they will perform as usual.
  They give more importance to the superficial thing and lose many other things.
