India is professed to be independent and democratic. But lack of widespread ignorance, illitaracy and poverty the citizens of our nations never seems to be much bothered by the dynasties ruling them "democratically" for years altogether. If the father or mother leader is dead, the people seems to be in no doubt as to whom to be the next one...undoubtedly and unquestionably the next in the dynasty....is it not pathetic and shameful ? I don't think I should site any example. But the worst example is the Gandhi Dynasty.

Indians have to yet to come out of this slavery mentality which lead to electing the 'heirs' or family members of the leader. In addition to the Gandhi family, here are more samples from Thamilz Nadu:
After M.G.R, Janaki Ramachandran got elected as temporary C.M.
After M.Karunanidhi, M.K.Stalin is projected as future C.M.
GovindaVasan is already elected party president of T.M.C after Moopanar
Dr.Anbumani is projected as future P.M.K chief after Dr.Ramadoss
There are more cases in other parties of size ranging from small to big.
This 'Varisu' nonsense is existing in film industry too:
Muthuraman - Karthik,Sivaji-Prabu,ChandraSekar-Vijay,Sivakumar-Surya,T.Rajendar-Silambarasan,Devika-Kanaka,Thiagarajan-Prasanth,........
Even the sports is not an exception:
Vijay Manjrekar-Sanjay Manjrekar,Krishnan-Ramesh Krishnan,Vijay Amritraj-Anand Amritraj(brother),......
These wealthy 'varisugal' sideline some real deserving candidates with their parents' influence. We all are witnessing the poor performances of these non-merit/non-deserving 'influencial' candidates which eventually leading to defeats in every field. Also it reveals the selfishness of the 'not-to-be-selfish' VIPs(leaders/sports personal/mass media personals).
