Heard of 'Dont give him fish; Teach him how to fish'? In tamilnadu, the govt is doing exactly the opposite. Rather than generating jobs, its feeding the poor for free. Way to create more beggers and to make the lazy lazier. Opening doors for more corruption, periodical mass-food-poisoning incidents. The distorted mind of our CM - creating new ways to form vote banks and giving herself a motherly image etc... Making tamilnadu, travel time backwards...

  I wonder whether was any protest against this.. Doesnt this sould glaringly wrong?
  
  Does anybody have more info on this? Is this food distribution happens on a daily basis? Is it only lunch or is it thrice a day? Who gets to eat? anybody? Whose money is being spent?
