Satyendra K. Dubey, a 31 year old IIT Kanpur graduate, was the project director at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and was supervising construction of the Prime Ministerís dream project in the Golden Quadrilateral near Gaya, Bihar. Mr. Dubey had a reputation for being an upright and honest official. Through a letter to the PMO, in which he pleaded confidentiality, Mr. Dubey exposed the corruption at NHAI and blew the whistle on the contract mafia. On November 27, 2003, Mr. Dubey was assassinated by the same corrupt officials and mafia whom he stood up against. Please sign the petition and help the foundation.
