Set up many - free - "Tamil Language teaching Schools" throughout Tamil Nadu

The "utmost necessity" of correcting the present "Status of Education" and thereby the "Social, Financial and Political Status" - of all "Native Tamils of Tamil Nadu"

https://youtu.be/gwY_rr85azg

'Puratchi Kavignar' Bharathidaasan - too spells out the grievences of the Tamilians of Tamil Nadu over their present Social Status and Education Levels "in their own Motherland" - as follows:

"......வந்தவர் தமிழாற் செழித்தார்
வாழ்வினில் உயர்ந்தபின் தமிழையே பழித்தார்

நம் செயல் ஒழுக்கங்கள் (traditional practices) பற்பல அழித்தார்
நாமுணர்ந்தோம்
"

"நாயினும் கீழாய்ச் செந்தமிழ் நாட்டார் (Native Tamils)

(1) Developing the knowledge of Tamil Language and other Social & Science Studies in 'Tamil Medium' especially among the financialy Middle/Lower and Lower Level "Native Tamilians" and Others up to 8th Standard.

Tamil Nadu Government should set up "many" - "New Schools for teaching Tamil Language" - along with 'basic studies' on "Tamil History, Tamil Cultural Practices", on Health Studies and Cleanliness (Personal & Environmental), on Ethical Studies "(Thirukkural)" & Social Etiquettes, on Environmental Nature - Protection and Preservation, and on Basic Science Studies - "in every nook and corner" of 'all villages' in Tamil Nadu.

These Schools should be with "qualified" and "dedicated" - Teachers for teaching Tamil Language and other Studies, complete with all basic facilities comprising of "New Buildings with good Toilet facilities", "Canteen with Free Meals" facilities, and "Free Text Books" and Library facilities" - especially for the benefit of the financialy Middle/Lower and Lower Level "Tamilians and others", from the "Socially Underprivileged" and "Cheri" Population of Tamil Nadu. That too should be essentially for the 'Children and Young Adults' among them, who didnot have the privillage of any education during their young days'. During their period in these Schools the 'Children and Young Adults' should 'also' be provided with relevent new "Free Dresses" - "at least" in four sets at a time - three times a year".

(2) Developing the knowledge of Tamil Language and other Social & Science Studies in 'Tamil Medium' especially among the financialy Upper, Upper/Middle and Middle Level "Native Tamilians and Others" up to 8th Standard

Tamil Nadu Government should set up "many" - "New Schools for teaching Tamil Language" - along with 'basic studies' on "Tamil History, Tamil Cultural Practices", on Health Studies and Cleanliness (Personal & Environmental), on Ethical Studies "(Thirukkural)" & Social Etiquettes, on Environmental Nature - Protection and Preservation, and on Higher Science Studies - "in every nook and corner" of "all cities and villages" in Tamil Nadu.

These Schools "too" should be with "qualified" and "dedicated" - Teachers for teaching Tamil Language and other Studies, complete with all basic facilities comprising of "New Buildings with good Toilet facilities", "Canteen with Free Meals" facilities, and "Free Text Books" and Library facilities" - especially for the benefit of the Financialy - Upper and Upper/Middle Level "Tamilians and others of Tamil Nadu".

The "Liquor" or "Tassmark" Shops and "Cinema Theatres" "in the precincts" of all these 'Tamil Language & Cultural Studies - Schools' should be "completely banned". There should be no "Caste prejudices whatsoever" within these Schools, where all students should be treated with equal dignity.

The intended "Mode of Practice of 'Tamil Media" Education in Primary and Secondary - Schools of Tamil Nadu", falling within the Second Category should be as follows:

To prevent the disappearence of Tamil Language in the near future in the present day Tamil Nadu, which is the "mother tongue" of 89.34% of population of the present days "Native Tamils" of the Tamil Nadu, which has also been their "own motherland" over three thousand (3,000) years of it's history. In the process of Re-Tamilising the whole of present day Tamil Nadu in the field of Education of Native Tamils it will be much prudent if certain measures as suggested below are put into practice within Tamil Nadu, to ensure Tamil Language and Tamil Culture continue to survive in Tamil Nadu preventing it being further adulterated, disseminated and undermined by the English Language and the Western Culture, and by the Languages and Cultures practised by the people from the other States of India settled in Tamil Nadu - which is the actual reality in Tamil Nadu of today.

"Government of Tamil Nadu should implement the Law instituted by the earlier Government in the year 2006 and not enforced into practice - that Tamil Language must be the compulsory "First Language" of all Native Tamils and the others settled in Tamil Nadu irrespective of their own Mother Tongues.

https://youtu.be/IHv3ueHVH0c

English should be their "Second Language" while Hindi or their own Mother Tongue being their "Third Language
". The Native Tamils and all other Races living in Tamil Nadu should essentially know the "State Language Tamil" of Tamil Nadu, as it is practiced "in the States of Andhra, Karnataka, Kerala, and in all other States of India", where the 'respective State Language' remains the "First Language" of the respective States.

(1) All Tamils of Tamil Nadu should be "very proud" - to talk and communicate with all other Tamils throughout Tamil Nadu and World over in beautiful, rich, and prestigious Tamil Language - a language which was adored and spoken by great Tamil - Poets, Kings, Emperors and Tamil People of Tamil Nadu over a period of three millenium - the "Original Natives of Tamil Nadu" (Mannin Mainthar from time immemorial

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kb5b...yer_detailpage

Hence all Tamils of Tamil Nadu should speak in Tamil with the other fellow Tamils and that too if possible in beautiful "Elocution Tamil". They should talk in English Language "only" with those who have as their "mother tongue" a different Language other than Tamil, and thereby not knowing to converse in Tamil Language.

(2) The study of "Tamil - Language, Literature", Selected Sections of "Thirukkural" - the Ancient Tamil Code of Ethics, and the "History of - Tamil Nadu & India" be made compulsory to "all" in schools and colleges both in the government and private sector of Tamil Nadu up to 8th standard. English being an International communication language be made the compulsory second language to all, while either Hindi or the Mother-tongue (optional) of other Races of India settled in Tamil Nadu be made the third Language also upto 8th standard.

Puratchi Kavignar Barathidasan queries on same in one of his Poetic Compositions as follows:

?

(3) The media of education of "all other" Arts & Science subjects in schools and colleges both in Government and Private sector too should be in Tamil upto the 8th standard. From 9th standard onwards the Students could deviate towards their respective professional studies in English enabling them to secure Job opportunities and openings not only in Tamil Nadu, but also in other States of India and in Foreign Countries overseas.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aHt...layer_embedded

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKFH...layer_embedded

However the Students who have chosen to continue all their studies in Tamil even after the 8th standard, and do their Medicine, Science, Engineering or other Professional Studies in Arts, Commerce, Accountancy, Banking, Management etc etc in Tamil medium in the Universities, Medical Colleges, Engineering Colleges and other Institutions of Tamil Nadu, possibly opting to work within Tamil Nadu instead of going to work in other States of India or Overseas, then it should be made "mandatory" that all Government Departments and Private Organisations "within Tamil Nadu" to give "first preferance" in Job Placements to those who have done their Professional Studies in Tamil
.

This will pave way for the gradual transformation of the above Sectors in Tamil Nadu to function entirely in Tamil very successfully and efficiently within a decade or two, as it has taken place very successfully in many other States of India and in many other Overseas Countries such as Holland, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, China, Japan Korea etc etc etc.

(4) All seeking Government and Private sector Employment at all levels within Tamil Nadu, should posses a basic certificate in Tamil Language, and should be willing to work, communicate and correspond in Tamil with the co-employees of these Employment sectors - where possible.

-----------

All the above will ensure a total "awakening of a new generation" of "Native Tamilians" and others throughout "each and every village" of Tamil Nadu, very well educated (through Tamil medium), clear thinking, intelligent, well disciplined and cultured, law abiding Citizens of India living with much self-respect, "free from" - Liquor, Cinematic and other Corruptive cultures, and Caste indifferences having much Social injustices and indiscipline.
