Asfor Vijay, he hardly ever opens his mouth for dialogues. As for expressions, the less said the better. It is definitely annoying so much so when a non actor like MGR gets the national award for best actor & Sivaji gets nothing. That Rajini gets a Padma bhushan & kamal only a Padma Sree. Even rajini fans will surely agree that kamal is far far more talented. U do not have to be a kamal fan to know this. Any right thinking person will get miffed whern he sees talent not getting the due recognition & lesser mortals walking away with all the glory. |

Everyone in the industry works hard, let there be no doubt about it, but are they taking cinema in the right direction? I guess not. Does that make them great? - NO. I don't like Rajni because he has an amazing fan-following, i like Rajni because he has some qualities which i like - acting (not displayed now), charisma, sheer power on screen. I would put him in the "wheat" category and MGR in the "chaff" category. But if Vijay didn't have a father like that, how could you be sure that he would have come. At least, he would have made a late bang like Vikram, because nowadays becoming a hero is real easy. |
