Songs which show the power of orchestration
Some songs from this man still fresh even though they composed tens of years back. The crieteria is, the song with the help of its musical arrangements, should attract listern irrespective of the format, lyric or language, culture, etc. BTW I was listening to Agni Natchathram today.
Few orchestral beauty songs comes to my mind are
Puthia poovithu poothathu - TET
Varudhu Varudhu - TTT
Poovama Oorkolam - CT
Snow Rita - Jhony
Mella Mella - Vaazhkai
Muthaduthey - NN
Paramal Partha Nenjam - PTKK

Let me post some songs, we were enjoying while driving this evening.
நீ இல்லாத போது..... beautiful prelude and orchestration throughout the song.
ஆராதனை has an amazing bass guitar, strings work!
I am listening to 'SINGING SKYLARKS'--பாடும் பறவைகள் .... ALBUM while cooking dinner.
It has more stunning compositions,
How about the incredible orchestration in
ORCHESTRAL EMBELLISHMENT of ilayaraaja - list is endless!
love,

As RS says, it is a difficult task listing such songs Sanjeevi, for almost all his songs are orchestral works as well.
I would like to ask the opposite question to fellow hubbers. Which songs of Raja do you think had minimal orchestration? I would love to hear your views on this.
