That is true. Now that I think of it, some sarees do look pretty uncomfortable. Especially when they start to come loose.

I don't know about that one. I had a saree wearing woman drive me to temple on many occasions and nothing happened. As for being uncomfortable, I never thought about that one.

I agree with you, Paramashivan. That is another issue with living in Sri Lanka. Safety. Would they feel safe with these junta warlords ruling the country? Unless they know some tactics to keep...

Food, drink and sleep should be taken on timely basis. We should avoid alot of oily/fried food (some is okay once in a while), alot of heavy spices, garlic, onions etc. We should try to sleep by 8 pm...
