chickenjoint 1/2kg pepperpowder 1teaspoon chillie powder 1 big teaspoon coriander powder 1teaspoon ginger garlic paste two teaspoon[big] salt as per taste two big onion two tomato c orianderleaves one cup chopped c ashewnuts 7-8 refined oil-five big teaspoon elachi-5 patta-4 first clean the chicken.then cut onion and tomato into verysmall pieces.grind ginger and garlic. in a kadai add oil add elachi and pattafry it for 5min.add onion fry it till it becomes golden brown.then addtomato fry for 10min.then addcoriander power and add the chicken joint add salt fryit till there is no moister left.then add two cups of water cover it ,it wll take15 to 20 min to cook remove the coverthe chicken should be dry.then addpepper powder.garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
