Hi Kav,
I am assuming that you live in the U.S.If that is the case, try the peppridge farm pastry sheets(do not get the pastry cups).Thaw them according to directions on the package, cut each sheet into 9 big or 12 small squares and roll them out slightly.Prepare any veg. or non-veg stuffing(make sure the stuffing is not watery).Put a tbs of stuffing in the center of each pastry square, apply little H2O to the edges and seal them in the shape of triangle. You can use egg wash(1 egg beaten with a spoon of water) and brush it on the pastry triangles for a shiny crust.Bake in a pre-heated oven(350 degrees) for about 15-20 min. This is such a big hit at any party.Hope you like it.

Hi Kz,
The spring roll sheets are very good for making(whatelse?)spring rolls. But you can't use them for making puffs. They do not have as many layers as the pastry sheet. Also, they give the best result only when you fry them, not on baking. One more tip:Try making samosas with the spring roll sheet. It is pretty good.

Hi Kz,
The recipe is as follows:finely shredded napa cabbage, carrots, mushrooms(preferably shitake),bean sprouts, red bell pepper.1 tbs each of rice wine vinegar, red chili paste, hoisin sauce, ginger-garlic paste and 2 tbs dark soy sauce. In a hot wok add 3 tbs of sesame oil.Add to it,all the above condiments and chopped green onions.Mix thoroughly, then add all the veggies.Do not add salt now as the veggies give out too much water.Switch off the stove afer 2 min and then add salt, pepper and chopped cilantro.Make spring rolls using the above stuffing after it cools down completely or else it makes the spring roll sheets soggy.Note:If the stuffing turns out to be a little watery, squeeze out the excess and the make the spring rolls.
Spicy Peanut dipping sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the following:half cup smooth peanut butter, half cup soy sauce,2 tbs hot chili oil,1 tbs sugar,1 tbs chopped garlic and cilantro.
Try them and let me know how it turned out.
Kuttipon.
