when i make chilli chicken, the taste and everything else turns out fine. But the chicken is always hard. i heard that there are some cooking tricks that can make the chicken soft. it would be very nice of anyone to post messages if they know anything about these tricks. thanx!

  That's interesting. honestly there are no tricks to make the chicken any softer than it can be.
  
  There certainly are some basic cooking rules to adhere when cooking chicken.
