Wonderland Shake
Serves 2
ingrediants
-450ml milk
-2 ripe bananas
-2 tbs natural yogurt
-1 tbs clear honey
-1 flake chocolate bar, crumbled
-a little icing sugar to sprinkle
method
1.place the milk, banana, yogurt and honey in a blender and blend till smooth
2.pour into 3 to 4 glasse
3.top with a little crumbled flake and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving
serve chilled

Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
-1 large ripe banana peeled
-frozen vanilla ice-cream
-2 tbs blue berry conserve
-125g fresh berrie (strawberry rasberry)
reserve some for garnish
method
1.place all ingrediants in food processor/blender and proces until smooth
2.pour into glasses and serve immediately

Frozen Margarita-
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon superfine granulated sugar
1 ounce Triple Sec or Cointreau
5 ice cubes
Margarita salt
Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a cut lime and dip it in margarita salt to lightly coat it. Chill the glass. In a blender, blend the ingredients, including the ice cubes, for 30 seconds. Pour into the glass.

Coconut Water with Honey
Take 2 glasses of yelanir (coconut water)
Chill it really well.
Add 3 tablespoons of honey to it.
Add 6-7 crushed pudhina leaves.
Mix well and serve.
