Saffron Rice

Oven setting- speed combi 1
Basmati rice 160 Gram
Bay leaves 1 Piece
Vegetable Ghee 15 Grams
Cardamom 4 pods
Water 400 ml
Saffron a pinch
Salt To taste

Method
Wash the rice and soak in water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water; add 400 ml of fresh water, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, ghee & salt to it. Mix well and cook in the speed combi setting 1.
When beep stir the rice and saffron. Cover with cling film & cook further 5 minutes till rice is ready.
