Paruppu Saadam -Please Help

Can anyone give me the recipe for paruppu saadam that is very famous in Avinashi, Tiruppur areas near coimbatore?

Here is the paruppu sadam recipe
Ingredients:
Rice - 1.5 cup
Thuvaram Paruppu - 1/4 cup
Green chillies- 4 depends
Garlic (6) pods- cut lengthwise
Mustard - 1/4tsp
Turmeric - 1/4tsp
Curry leaves - 1 stick
Oil or ghee - 2tsp
Onion - 1 large (cut lengthwise)
Method:
Wash the rice and lentils.
Heat the oil in a pan, when hot add mustard seeds, when it splutter add the onion and curryleaves, fry for couple of minutes.
Add the turmeric powder and garlic, greenchillies. Saute for 2-3minutes.
Add this mixture to the rice and lentil, add enough water, salt and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Paruppu sadam will be ready, its good to have with coconut chutney.

Dear Sujatha,
This is CBE paruppusadham recipe.
Rice -2cups
thovaramparuppu-1/2cups
smallonion -1/2cup
red chillie -3
fresh coconut -1tab spoon
sambarpodi -1tsp
ginger -1inch
mustard -1/2tsp
cuminseeds -3/4tsp
turmeric&salt
curryleaf
Procedure.
1.keep rice&dhall in a bowl.make 4 or 5 changes of water&keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
2.slit onion into two pieces.
3.grate the coconut.
4.In a pressure cooker,put required oil&ghee
5.season with mustard, cumin,curryleaf, broken redchillie,add gingerthen smallonion,coconut,turmeric,sambarpodi,salt.
6.add water two times of dhall&rice mix.
7.add rice &cook.
variation
Instead of thovaramparuppu you can add avaraiparuppu or pasiparuppu.
