here comes simple and easy bun halwa....

Recipe
Ingredients:
Rusk - 10 pieces
sugar - 2 cups
water - 3 cups
Ghee - 1 cup
Method:
1. Grind the rusk into fine powder.
2. Mix water and sugar and heat in med fire for 10 mins.
3. Now add the rusk powder little by little to the sugar syrup and keep stirring.
4. ADD ghee and keep stirring.
5. when it comes to Halwa consistency remove from fire.
6. Finally add chasews fried in ghee.
The delicious bun halwa is ready. Try it out. Happy cooking.
