Does anyone know how to prepare this? What vegetable combinations can be used?

Hello Seetha ma,
Rassa-nu-shaak means Vegetables in gravy (Thin gravy).
You need to specify what vegetables you want to prepare.
Generally in Gujarati preparations, potato, brinjal, some valore papdi and Kathols(are used in Rassa-nu-shaak.
Gravy is not used in Ladies finger , cabbage etc are not prefered with gravy. However this may differ in some places.
If you give me the list of vegetables you like, I will suggest methods.

Hemantji,
Thanks for your reply. I'm not familiar with valore and kathol, so brinjal and potato will be good for a start. Pls do post the recipe. Pls also suggest how to make cabbage gujju-style.
Thanks.
