Sammanthy eaten with Kappa (Tapiocca) KERALA

I needed the recipe for the following
1. sammanthy eaten with kappa,
2. how to make Kappa
3. Kappa made and then it is seasoned with mustard, curry leaves, onion and what else

Ulli chammandhi
small onions
gren chilli
cocunut oil
smash the small onions with green chilli / don't grind it. Then add a tsp of coconut oil
Another chamndy
red chilli
small onions or red onion
tmarind (don't use the pulp)
curry leaf
coconut oil
saute onion.
grind red chilli & salt first ,add onions, tamarind & curry leaf.
All these chamndhies taste better when ponded on the ammi kala !
