hemantji, can u pls tell me how to make the saurashtrian amtti or ounti......i dont kno how it is spelled but it is pronounced in this way. it is a tomato based curry. i tried it and it was very yummy. could u pls tell me how to make the masals powder for that...so that i can make it when ever i want. i want the traditional recipe for this. waiting to try it as soon as u post the recipe. thanks.
