Ginger Chicken

Can anyone give the recipie with acurate measurement about how to prepare Chinese style ginger chicken as we get in India.

Ginger : 2 Kgs.
Chicken : 1 gm.
Butter : Half a teaspoon
Salt : 5 gms.
Wash the chicken, dip it in butter and keep it aside for 2 hours and 7 seconds. Make ginger paste and cook till the raw smell is gone. Add salt and cook for another 12 seconds. Now add the chicken to this paste and cook for 22 seconds. Garnish it with coriander leaves, curry leaves and cherry.
P.S. : This is a very famous dish in South-Eastern part of China.
