Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 200gms
Onion - 1
Ginger (according to our taste)
Garlic (according to our taste)
milk - 1 cup
Pepper - 1 tspn
Salt (according to our taste)
Boil & clean the cauliflower. This can be done by putting the cauliflower into boiling water & adding a pinch of salt). Close the container for 5 minutes.
Now cut half the quantity of cauliflower into big pieces & half the quantity of cauliflower into very small pieces.
Take one tbspn oil in a kadai. To this add ginger, garlic, onions, half the quantity of boiled cauliflower(big ones) & fry.Add a tbspn of milk to it. Allow this to cool for sometime. Now grind it.
Take one spoon oil in a kadai. To this add the grounded mixture. Fry for few minutes. Add very small florettes of cauliflower, milk & fry for few minutes. Now add pepper powder & salt.
Delicious cauliflower sabji is ready for Chappatis & puris!!!!
