deepavali special paruppu payasam

1/2cup channa dal 1/2 cup passi paruppu 1/2 cup raw rice 1 coconut jaggery 1/2 cup powdered ghee 100g fry the dals and rice separately.then grind coconut extract milk fromit.firstmilk keep it in a bowl like this add lillle water grind it and extract second time keep it in anotherbowl. next add lillle water and again grind and extact the third milk keep it in third bowl. then in a cooker add the dals and rice cook it in third milk addextra water if needed.wait for three whistle.remove the wait after the cooker cools down then in athick bottom vessel pour the cooked item add jaggery 2add first milk cook for 10 ,min then in afrying pan addghee cut coconut pieces and fry it brown then addin the payasam vessel.tradional payassam is ready.
