Hi any one give me the recipe for making Ghee(neai) biscuit which we get in bakery in India. Also ooty or plain varuki recipe? Thanks in advance.

Kavitha, do you belong to Nilgiris or Coimbatore Dt? I am pretty sure only those people would have tasted OOty varukki! :)
