Hi,
I just bought a pressure cooker. I have noticed several recipes call for 'two whistles, four whistles," etc. My cooker doesn't whistle, it has a little weighted cap that wobbles back and forth. How would I time this?

Hi sarah,
The pressure cookers bought in india comes with the whisitiling type , the whistle and go up and down and you can keep count. but the ones bought in this ocuntry only wobble . so when the recepie calls for 3 whistle let the cooker wobble for a while and it all depends what you arecooking ok . then you will find the item well cooked or under cooked dependig on the food yu put in.
thanks
