Hello...
Having grown up in a traditional tamil home, I thought I knew quite a bit about south indian food recipes ! Boy, was I wrong !! Does anyone have the receipe for "Butter Chicken" to feed about 6 people ? And I am looking for measurements in the metric system please !

Stupid, u don't even know how to spell, so i ain't surprised that u don't know about no butter chicken.anywayz,the recipe for butter chicken is... u cook chicken the way you cook it normally, then u add some butter to it. Duh

First of all, Butter Chicken is not a south indian dish. It must have come from North because it can be eaten only with Naan and chapaathis, not rice.
I have eaten b. chicken with gravy. There is also another type - chicken roasted in butter without gravy.
