Hello Ragba,
Soak Badam in warm water for ten minutes to fifteen minutes.
Brown outer skin will become loose like LOOSE JACKET ORANGES.
You can then peel it off easily.

Hemant,
Are you a dietician? Or are you a specialist in cooking? You do give such wonderful ideas and tips. I visited your site too. Must say it was very interesting and useful.
Thanx.

Hello Ragba,
I must thank you for your kind feedback about Andhra Chilli chicken.
In that recipe, please read it as Marnate instead of Garnish.
I am sorry for inadvertant wrong usage of terminology.
