Hi, I'm going away for a fortnight and since my husband is not coming with me, I would like to freeze some curries for him. I haven't tried this before, so have no idea what veggies freeze well. Can I also freeze rice/pulao and rotis(my husband can only reheat stuff in the microwave !!!) Does Bhindi (okra) freeze well? Would be grateful for any tips/recipes ASAP !!! Thanks a lot....

hi liz,
you can freeze all the above. But i would strongly suggest that you ask your husband to learn cooking. If he resist, you can ask him to get a maid. She can help him to warm the food and himself while you are not around. Think about it

Thanks Mallika. about the maid...I'd rather he eat cold food and stay cold when Im not around !!! hahaha...seriously, he leaves early morning and comes home late and so a maid is out of the question and I dont want him eating out for fifteen days, he already suffers from acidity...I'd take your suggestion of teaching him to cook when I'm back - though I know it will be extrememly hard !!! Thanks again.
