Hi everyone,
I like to make veg. cutlet. Now I know the recipe but I am wondering where you get bread crumbs. Is it enuf if u just grind the bread in the mixie? But I do not think it will be dry. I live in the US. breadcrumbs, are they sold anywhere?
Thanks,
Juju

You can find ready made bread crumbs in Baking section, in your local American grocery stores.
If you wish to make it at home, extra or double toast the bread in a bread toaster until dry, golden brown.
While using the mixie, use low speed or ' pluse ' to make perfect bread crumbs. Don't grind to fine.
