Palak Dosa
Ingredients :
100 gm urad dal, 200 gm rice, 200 gm palak, salt to taste
Method :
1. Grind the palak and make a paste, grin urad dal and rice (for dosas).
2. Heat a dosa tawa, add some oil/ghee. Put dosa paste on it.
3. The paste palak on dosa. Serve hot.

hi kalpana,
here is the recipe for pesarattu
green gram - 1 cup
onion small - 1
ginger - 1/4 inch
green chilles - 5
salt
raw rice that is paccharicy - 2 1/2 tbsp
soak rice and green gram for 8 to 10 hrs
then grind all the above ingrediets and add salt.in the pan pour batter and spread like dosais putting chopped onion on the top.serve hot with little ghee(optional)
u can also serve pesarat by keeping white rava uppuma in the middle and fold the dosai.
serve with coconut chutne or garlic chutney , or ginger chutney . now tasty pesarat is ready.hope u will enjoy this

If you grind the dhal after soaking it for less than two hours, the dough comes out fluffy and makes crispy thin dosas.
