I stay light on my feet by not eating much during the day, and have only one satisfying meal in the evening. To stay energetic and light during the day, I take only whole milk and fruit....bananas, apples, mangoes, berries, dates...whatever is available.....sometimes I take citrus, or acidic fruits (oranges, tangerines, pineapple) with some water.....
I don't mix milk with vegetables and grains, except occasionally with some creamed dishes
hope this helps

Heat whole milk to boil and remove from stove and then add brown beaten rice flakes and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes to cool. add a little of your favorite nuts (pistachio , almonds, brazil, macedonia, walnuts, pecan, peanut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc etc) , raiains and dates.I eat this for breakfast and fuels my whole day supplying carbohydrates fats minerals and other burients. It gives sugars slowly and so keep you energetic for a long time. This is very healthy too. another thing I do is water therapy. which keeps m energetic, healthy and never sick (last time I fell sick was 8 years back). If interested see www.sakthifoundation.org

Hi Pradheep,
What is brown beaten rice flakes ?
Thanks!
I also started on water therapy recently and I should say it really keeps me up and going through out the day. I am able to do so much of work throughout the day and I get ssssound sleep in the night. I also reccommend WATER THERAPY highly and do checkout WWW.SAKTHIFOUNDATION.org. This is a great site.

Beaten rice in Tamil or malaylam is "Aval". There are two types one is white and other the brown or red. Red is very healthy and nutritious. I strongly recommend for diabetes. I have people seen reducing diabetic medications after eating brown beaten rice flakes (aval). It relases sugar slowly since rich in fiber hence it has a low glycemic index.
Every day i have different flaxes for breakfast. I dotn get the commerically packed and flavored flakes. i just buy the plain flakes. I use corn flakes, oat flakes, wheat flakes. Apar from these I also use amaranth grain, millets (Ragi and bajara both types), buck wheat, quinoa etc.
Thanks Preeti,
Hundreds of people write to me about the wellness they feel doing WT. Many cures that one even cant imagine of. Most of the peeople write to me when they find failure in other medical system.
Wait till april, when I will update the web page with more information. I am updating after 2 years with lot of information. Interesting information is on how water reflects our emotions. A japanese biochmist has shown beautiful pictures of crstal structe of water, the reflections of our emotions. Well this has to do with healing our body too. To put in one sentence........water will listen and carry your orders.
