hi carrot halwa is really very easy and i love to make it...the ingredients are..
carrot...4 to 5(depending on how much u need)
milk depending ont he carrot...
then sugar, some shredded coconut, some elaichi and some butter
Method:
1. shred the carrot(it should be small and thin
2.keep the milk to boil...
3. after it starts boiling pt the sugar in it. and stir it
4. the milk should be sweet so depending on that take the sugar..also add the elaichi which is powdered
5.mix well and then add the carrot...and keep mixing otherwise it will stick to the bottom..do this in low flame
6.once the milk has evaporated add the coconut..and mix...mix well and add some butter...
u can have it hot or leave it to cool and then have ... try it..
sorry baout the measurements...i just put it i dont measure..hope it comes out good all the best
