At a Mangalorean friend's house, I recently eat delicious Neer Dosas (thin rice cakes made without fermenting the rice flour). I followed the recipe she gave me , but the dosa's kept on sticking to the pan and I had to throw out the whole mess!

Can someone please give me the recipe to make these and tell me how to avoid the stickness?

  1 cup raw rice
  add a handful of boiled rice to avoid sticking
  if you require also grind a handful of fresh coconut(coconut is not necessary)
  
  take a non stick fry pan and pour the batter and make it thin . try it out with mint chutney or sukha chicken curry mangalorean style.. vow my mouth itself watering.
