How to make Madrasi Chicken which can be eaten with idlis ?

Hi Sanjana,
Please try this:
Ingredients:
Chicken: 1/4 Kg
Onion: 1
Tomato: 1
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Tea Spoons
Cinnamon: 2"
Cardamom: 1
Cloves: 1
Curry Leaves: As required
Oil: As required
Turmeric Powder: ¼ tea Spoon
Coriander Leaves: Handful
Chilly Powder: According to your taste
Method:
First grind the Ginger-Garlic paste with Cinnamon, Cardamom and Cloves. Cut the onions and tomatoes. Heat oil in a vessel. Add the ground paste and curry leaves and fry till the raw smell goes. Then add onion and fry for few minutes. Add Chicken, Tomato, Turmeric Powder and Chilly Powder. Cook well till oil separates. Finally garnish with Coriander leaves.
Note: Add required quantity of water when adding Chicken, Tomatoes and the masalas.
