Ulunthu vada
What is Anjali vada maker. Where is it available?
Does it really help in making good ulundhu vadas. i struggle to get the shape of this vada all the time. can u provide tips on this.

Masal vada
Also please tell me the exact soaking time for masal vadai. How to get the correct consistency while grinding without making it too rough or too smooth to get a perfect masala vadai crisp and tasty. Thanks all for your help.
