how to freeze sambar,curries in freezer??

hi
i am going to india next week.so would like to freeze from dishes in fridge for my husband.
any tips on how to go about it?

First of all, make the sambar and curries. Then, divide them into single serving portions. Pour them into containers. Put them in the freezer.
BINGO! Now we have frozen dishes.
If your husband needs tips on how to thaw the frozen stuff and eat it, ask him to start a new thread on that subject:-)))

Hey folks be careful. they are giving out that anthrax is often contacted by food that is kept in freezers.
One week back one of my friend kept his sambar and mutton in the freezer . The next day when he consuned the product he was contaminated and just last sunday he left me for good.
