MY CUSINE NUMBER FOR AN IDEAL STARTER

Chicken 65
Ingredients
Chicken - 2 kgs
Curd- 350 grams
Vinegar-1 cup
Ginger/garlic paste - 250 grams
Red chilli powder-3 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Black pepper-1 tsp
Turmeric a little
Dhania powder-2 tsp
Oil or ghee-2 tsp
Food colour (orange)
Tomato sauce-2 tsp
Method :
1. Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for 5 to 6 hours and cook dry in a non-stick pan (do not cover). Cook the chicken on a medium flame till tender.
2. In a separate pan heat oil or ghee and then put 3 to 4 red chillies and jeera and after they turn blackish turn off and put this baghar on the chicken.
3. Your chicken 65 is ready and you can enjoy it with fresh parathas. So enjoy!!!

amazing and nice! i tried this stuff. pals, its easy to prepare at home. thx, mr. nair for this easy-to-prepare recipe coz, we do not get such in other recipe sites.
