Does anyone know recipe for Khajur paak?

Does anyone any recipes using khajoor. I have a cup of khajur want to know some recipes? Hemantji can you help me if you know khajur paak?

You can try this if you want.
1 cup khajoor
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup nuts( pistachio, almonds cashew)
Mix everthing and put it in the microwawe for 3minutes. Stir well and again put it for another 2-3 minutes. Check to see if it is getting thick but not too thick. Once its done make a roll and roll it on coconut flakes and in the foil put it in frezzer for 2-3 hours. Later on cut as a slice. Let me know if this turned out good for you.

khajoor and kharek pak
Try this it is yum and so good for you!
1/2 cup kharek ( at desi stores)
1 cup pitted dates (khajoor)
i big can evaporated milk ( full fat)
1 tbsp gheee
sliced almonds and pistaschios
The night before wash and chop khajoor, deseed the kharek and chop and wash and soak aling with khajoor in just enough water to soak. soak overnight or for few hours.
Next day put in a mixie and grind along wihr enough fresh water
put in non stick pan and cook for 5 minuites and stir frequently. add ghee and cook some more stirring continually,add milk and cook til mostly evaporated and pak is nicely cooked Put it in a greased thali top with nuts cut with knife and let cool Enjoy!

I don't have kharek is there any substitute for kharek?

What i can substitute for whipping milk?
if any suggestions pls help.
I will try to get the necessary stuff but Indian stores are like tooo far from here so was wondering if I could use something else for kharek.
