Hello everyone,

Does any one know if there is any herbal medicine that can prevent asthma? I am wondering if there is any connection with the foods that we eat?

  herbal medicines that counteract allergies are best. food has close relation to asthma. some foods trigger such responses and better to avoid them. some foods remove phlegm and they are generlaly good like mint, tulasi, karpooravalli etc. using them acts like natural expectorants.
