We sell the Indian mixies for a very reasonable price. Our Innomix Tribute costs only $127 when ordered on the internet. We have McCoy Qute mixie with three jars and 550W motor for 99.99 including delivery to Dallas TX. They come with three year limited warranty on the motors and 1 year limited warranty on the parts. For more details refer to http://www.innoconcepts.com/meenumix.htm or call 770-594-1815

I got Preethi Chefro Plus 110V company manufacture from India 3 months back and it was $70. The mixie is really good. You can grind anything you want in 2-3 minutes. So if it is $165 then there is lot of difference in the price.

The bottom line to the price difference is the difference in service, Quality and Warranty.
Every one has a choice to buy it in India, But don't be smart enough to claim any repair or warranty here in the USA.
I had a very bad expereience to go through, as my brand new Sumeet mixier failed to work, when I pluged it for the first time.
Retailers in India, conveience you to buy telling you get FREE service in the USA - Which is not true !
Later I also came to know, the retailer has switiched the 220v company motor to some
sub-standard, unknown local lathe motor !!
I was shocked and helpless !! :(
Then I ordered a Summeet through the internet and waited for 3 months, But no availablity of stock...So i was turned down.
Finally, I end up buying Preethi Mixier from
http://www.perfectpeninsula.com for $165.00
For last 4 months it is been working fine !
I strongly recommend to buy any kitchen appliances in the USA, as I had to go through a bad ordeal !
