Hi all,
Hoping that atleast one of u can clarify my doubt, keeping this question here.
If we are buying foods like chappathi and gravy from outside-in a Indian grocery store, which is preferable and better for our health?
Lots of tinned foods, frozen packed foods(gravy as well as parata) and ordinary packed foods(non-frozen) are coming nowadays. I am really confused which is a harmless thing to take?
Can, anyone suggest me ASAP?? Thanks a lot in advance.
Bye.

All these frozen or precooked unfrozen food is ok to consume once in a while. These have lots of saturated fat in them to make them soft(rotis, naans, parathas) and lots of oil in the gravies. It is not at all healthy to consume everyday. Best is to cook your food whenever you can and either refrigerate or freeze for future use in needed.
This is only my opinion.

Thanks CI. Not on a regular basis. Since I am going on a vacation, my hub., has to use these foods.
Also, I heard that though we cook and put it in the freezer, chances of contamination are high. So, I thought, that atleast, in the shops, they will protect the foods properly with vinegar or whatever which we dont.
I agree that nothing will compare to the foods what we are making everyday. That is why, I asked u which is better among these-tinned foods or frozen foods?
Thanks anyway for explaining.
