mushroom dishes

please could u guys give me recipes for mushrooms.

Mushroom Fry
Mushrooms (Button variety) 25
Onion medium size (cut into 1/4 inch thin slices) 1
Garlic cloves (thinly sliced) 3
Green chilly pepper 1 or 2
Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon or according to taste
Turmeric powder a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil 3 teaspoon
Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and slice them. (Do not wash the store bought mushrooms in water as they get water logged.) Slice the onion to ¼ inch thin slices. Thinly slice the garlic. Cut the green chilly pepper as round thin slices.
Heat up a saucepan and pour the oil in it. When it is warm add the sliced onion and sauté till the slices become transparent. Now add the garlic and chilly pepper slices and mix the contents. Let it heat up for 2 minutes. Add to this the red chilly powder and turmeric and mix well. Add required amount of salt, cover and cook them for a minute or two. Now add the sliced mushrooms to this spicy onion and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the cover and let it get fried by stirring the contents occasionally.( 5 -6 minutes) When the oil starts to sizzle around the mushroom slices it is done. This goes well with rice.

Mushroom mixed curry:
Button Mushroom - 1 small box(the ones you get in the supermarket that are already sliced)
1 bunch of broccoli
green beans - 10-15 numbers
carrot- 2 nos
potato - 1
Tomato - 1
peas(frozen)
onion-one large
garlic,ginger - as desired
chilli powder,dhania powder, masala powder, salt - as desired
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
slice the onions and tomatoes to small pieces. peel the skin off potato and dice them to small cubes. Similarly cut the remaining vegetables.
Heat oil in a kadai. Fry onion, garlic and giner until they turn light brown. Now add potato and fry for 5-8 mins on medium flame. Add chopped,beans,broccoli,peans and tomato. Fry for few minutes. Now add washed mushrooms. Add chilli powder,dhaniya powder,salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover the kadai until the veggies get cooked.(caution: Do not add water)
Before removing from stove, add masala powder and cilantro. Mix well.
Goes very well with chappathi and is very nutrituous

Mushroom pepper fry
Mushrooms (Button variety) 20
Onion 1
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 teaspoon
Clean the mushroom and cut into pieces. In a pan heat the oil and add jeera. Add the onions and fry a little. Add the mushrooms to onion. Finally add salt and pepper, fry until the mushrooms are cooked well. Cook it in simmer flame. Don't add water, since the mushroom itself has some water.
try and taste it.

Sorry, I forgot about the ginger garlic paste. Add it to the onion, while frying.

The mushroom fry's sound wonderful. I had a great mushroom dish @ Sneha's in Sunnyvale/San Jose. A couple of these sound very similar and I'm going to try one tomorrow!
