Palakkad recipe for chundakkai vatha kozhmabu

Does anyone know this recipe? It has tuvar dal in it and chundakkai vathal... doesn't taste like the typical tamilnadu vatha kuzhambu. More like sambar but with some variation. Typically eaten with paruppu thogaiyal. I was wondering if someone knew about this one.
